POSITION SUMMARY: The Mary L. Johnson Development and Behavior CCS High Risk Infant Follow-up Clinic
Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination and administration of the CCS program. In conjunction with other
team members the coordinator demonstrates responsibility and competency for the provision of quality care for all clinic
patients. The coordinator organizes and communicates with the multidisciplinary team, leads case conferences and team
meetings; case manages all aspects of the patient care experience, and represents the program with parents, community
providers, agency representatives and the internal organization. This role is an exempt position.
Qualifications:
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum: RN license
Preferred: Advanced Practice
Nursing
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum: 2 years previous neonatal intensive care nursing
Preferred: 1 year working in an outpatient setting
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum: Bachelor of
Science in Nursing
Preferred: Master of Science in Nursing
