Submit A Referral

Making a referral is easy! Simply submit a referral. You will receive a confirmation email.
Follow Up

Our recruiters will contact your referral and determine if the referral is “eligible”, “cancelled” or if it requires additional follow up. You will receive an email notice of the change in status.
Application & Hire

An application should be completed only after all referral information has been received and a recruiter has followed up. Once an eligible referral has been hired you will receive an email confirmation stating your projected six and twelve month payout dates.
Payments Begin

Six months and one year after the new employee’s hire date, you will receive two taxable payouts of $2,500 through your paycheck. Each $2,500 payout will be subject to standard tax withholding. You and the new employee must be continuously employed at SHC/LPCH at these dates.
